For the past several months, my team at the Adler Planetarium has been working on something new. Something… mysterious. Something… science-y. Something…
Really stupid! But funny! I promise!

And you’re not gonna want to miss it!

Friday 10/30 at 8pm CT / 9pm ET, the Wow! Signal premieres on Adler Planetarium’s YouTube channel.

When the city of Chicago shut down in March, Lucianne, Chris, and Meredith got stuck inside the Adler Planetarium together. 👂 Then, a mysterious signal came down from the sky. ⚡️ Could the signal be from a black hole? 🕳 The team investigates.

The Wow! Signal is part of a larger program of fun, creative programming we embarked on several months ago, which includes our “Imagine Challenges” on TikTok (learn to make your own Moon base out of pillows here), and soon, interactive live virtual events (stay tuned!).

I want to tell you everything about it, but also, I don’t want to tell you ANYTHING ELSE! You’ll just have to watch to find out why this spaghetti has googly eyes :)
